Getting started with your web site design.


The 'process';
their are three stages to the web design process.

1st: Choose a web design package and complete our query form.

2nd: We begin; collection of content and designing the layout.

3rd: Once finished; we will notify you for your final approval.




An in-depth look at the design process:

It all starts with you; you simply select a web design package from our pre defined packages list. Click the 'submit query' button and you'll be asked to complete a query form, which will collect some key information for us.

At this point, this is a query; you will NOT be asked to pay anything.

We will ask you to provide the following details:

  • A contact name, number and email address.
  • A preferred contact option; email, telephone or in person.
  • The name and nature of your business.
  • A comments box just in case you want to add any additional information.

Once we have your query details we will contact you to gather a bit more information (this will aid us to build your web site) about your business; like:

  • Do you have any existing business branding, Signs, sign writing, advertisements, letterheads, business cards etc.

Once we have enough information we'll begin to design your web site, single page at first (for proofing and approval); we'll deal with the web site content, graphics design a domain main, search engine optimization and hosting.

Once you are happy with the first web page, and it's been approved, we will begin adding the other web pages to build your web site. At this point you will be asked to pay a refundable deposit of £50.

When we have finished your web site; we will notify you, so that you can give it your final approval. At this stage, once approved; we will also ask you to complete an order form for your web site and its associated web design services.

In completing the order form you are agreeing to purchase the web site and its associated services (if applicable) for the pre arranged fee.

Payment terms are:

  • 50% (less deposit already paid) on order, by online secure payment or bank transfer.
  • The remaining 50% to be paid within 30 days of order by secure online payment, cheque, cash or bank transfer.

Once we have received your online order and 50% payment, we will complete you web site order..

Upon receipt of final payment:

  • We will supply you with a CD containing ALL the files that make up your web site.
  • Provide you access details to your website on the internet.

At this point your web site is live; the web design process is finished and your web site will be able to be seen by anyone connected to the internet..
